Oops! Britney Spears Suffers Wardrobe Malfunction During Las Vegas Performance

In footage taken by a fan (see it here), Britney can be seen giving it all she's got in a high energy performance in a sparkly outfit. But as she turns around, the back of her dress comes underdone.

However, despite nearly showing a lot to flesh, Britney stayed calm and took her wardrobe malfunction in her stride as she continued to dance as her backing dancers set to work, putting her dress back together again.
